Lectures

Behind the scenes

In the past 20 years we have traveled all over the world to record extraordinary stories. Along the way we have experienced so much that it is nice to now share the knowlegde gained. This happens in the form of lectures in which we share a ‘behind the scenes’ of current projects, such as the extensive international project Truus’ Children. A group of interested people watches a sneak preview of the film.

Why lectures?

Sharing knowlegde also comes into its own when teaching students in our profession: that of filmmaker. Nowadays, there is so much more to it than direction and technology. Think of aspects like fundraising, networking and team building. Sharing that knowledge is a great way to transfer. The sessions are filled with anecdotes about the special people we were allowed to film; and about what can go right/wrong.
